CASTROL SYNTILO 2000 is the synthetic cutting fluid suitable when you need an excellent surface finish and a high cutting speed with a high economy. 

CASTROL SYNTILO 2000 is suitable for rectifying and machining operations of medium severity, for the iron machining, smelting and steel. 

ADVANTAGES 

CASTROL SYNTILO 2000 is characterized by its profitability associated with:

* Long life: 2000 CASTROL SYNTILO resists the contamination by bacterium and fungus. It rejects the contaminant oil.

* The mixture of lubricant and moisturizing additives ensures an exceptional surface finish, a high precision in dimensional tolerances, greater tool life and a reduced dragging.

* It has excellent anti corrosive properties. It is used a 3% for machining cast iron.

* It works with soft water of mild hardness without foaming or deposits.

* An exceptionally clean product. It does not form gummy residues and the cuttings are quickly evacuated. It doesn’t allow deposit or mud formation that comes from the smelting machining.

* Free of boron, mineral oil and biocides formaldehyde-releasing .
