Leak oils favor the formation of germs on machines generate sediments and parts, induce the formation of oil mist and reduce the cooling power and the oxygen absorption of the emulsion. The oil sump ARIANA tape provides the solution to remove the oil which is deposited on the surface of the emulsion. By using a special tape, self-cleaning, carrying oil, the oil is removed from the surface leakage is eliminated and the equipment. Unnecessary or microporous membranes or filters. This reduces the cost of service and products. The collector belt device has an oil separation and ensures the removal of up to 90% of the external oil.

The oil collector belt is attached on the liquid container by means of a magnetic disk, preferably on the liquid inlet on the opposite side. The base plate of the drive unit must be placed at about 300 mm above the maximum liquid level. In brackets the hose outlet is placed which leads to a tank.

The oil collector belt can permanently operate both as a timer. It is recommended to use the computer while the machine tool is in service. The belt moves through the oily film on the surface and separates from the liquid. In the split gear oil is flowing into a collecting vessel outside the machine.
