PS 158 ILOFORM CASTROL is a creamy paste-free mineral oil.

APPLICATIONS

Deep drawing of all kinds of steel especially stainless steel. It can also be used for nonferrous metal forming.

APPLICATION METHOD

By brush, brush, applicator or spray machine.

It can be diluted with water to concentrations from 10% to pure

ADVANTAGES

It requires a low application rate, even in diluted form, leaving a negligible residue.

PRECAUTIONS

Not recommended for use with galvanized steel. Degreasing immediately after stamping or copper alloy materials.
