Description:

Castrol Iloform™ PN 951 HM is formulated from a blend of synthetic and natural esters that provide optimal properties for both deep drawing and corrosion protection. The product, after application, provides a dry-to-touch film, free from heavy metal corrosion inhibitors. Iloform PN 951 HM also contains a fluorescent additive that allows for the determination of the protective film thickness through UV light detection or monitors in the production line (World Scan, Vatron, etc.).

Application:

• Protects electro-galvanized surfaces against white corrosion.
• Its protective film provides excellent wetting properties to all types of surface conditions.
• Contains additives that:

Improve sliding properties.
Prevent corrosive pitting phenomena.
Are UV light-sensitive, allowing for film thickness control.

• Easy film removal:

Its removal level meets the most demanding specifications: VDA 230-213.

• Meets the following OEM specifications: AUDI (QP-A 001), BMW (PV 94022A), and VW (QP-A 001).
• The level of protection provided meets the most demanding specifications of manufacturers such as OPEL B 040 1270, Thyssen Krupp Stahl AG-WB a 207.
• Compatible with materials commonly used in automotive assembly: adhesives, cements, and cathodic electrodeposition baths.
• CASTROL ILOFORM PN 951 HM is free of barium, zinc, chlorine, mineral oil, and solvents. Provides a dry-to-touch film.
