ILOFORM PN 11 is recommended for the following applications:
• Cut and deep drawn aluminum and nonferrous metal alloys.
• punching aluminum foil.
• Profiling foil.
• Punching galvanized steel.
• Deep drawing aluminum tubes of small dimensions.
PROPERTIES
• PN 11 ILOFORM ensures a clean cut without burrs.
• PN 11 ILOFORM eliminates degreasing after cutting, or embossing
allowing welding and painting naive.
• PN ILOFORM 11 may be applied dropwise, roller or felt to ensure a uniform film of lubricant.
• ILOFORM PN 11 must be applied by spraying (airless, or low pressure)
• PN ILOFORM 11 can also be applied by dipping.
