For moderate work, MET-KLEEN 140 is a multi-purpose metal cleaner.
The product can be used for all types of industrial spray washing applications, from single-stage washers to multi-stage washers and intensive flow washers.
MET-KLEEN 140 can also be used in soaking tanks and lift systems. This product will clean most industrial stains and leave the part with a very light film of rust protection.
This product is designed for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Recommended Dilutions
Recirculating tanks, enameling tanks, agi-lift system, soaking tanks: 3-10%
Spray washers, cabinet-type washers: 2-6%
Ultrasonic: 2-6%
Concentration Control
Use an alkalinity test kit or equivalent with 1.0N sulfuric acid. Determine the number of drops needed to cause a color change. Multiply the number of drops by the following titration conversion factor to determine the percentage concentration: Drops x Factor = % Concentration.
