Standardized EN 148-1 threaded dust filter for particles (dust, fumes, and mists)

The filter can be used with full-face masks TR 82, TR 2002 CL2, and TR 2002 CL3, half-mask ST85, or similar, equipped with EN 148-1 thread.

The filter can also be used with the powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) Turbine 1708 and 1702 equipped with full-face masks and Turbine CFU, FU, H equipped with helmets and hoods, which have passed compliance tests according to EN 12941 and 12942 standards.

  • Inhalation at 30 l/min (requirement <1.2 mbar): 0.8 mbar
  • Inhalation at 95 l/min (requirement <4.2 mbar): 2.3 mbar
  • Inhalation at 95 l/min after clogging (requirement <7.0 mbar): 3.3 mbar

Test according to EN 12942 standard

  • Inhalation at 20 cycles/min x 1.5 l/stroke, ventilation off (requirement <11 mbar): 1.8 mbar

Usage limits

Do not use in environments with oxygen concentrations below 17% by volume (values may differ in your country, also check your local legislative requirements) and in the presence of gas and/or vapors. The filter is reusable.

  • Class P3 dust filter according to EN 143:2021 standard
  • The filter also complies with EN 143:2000/A1:2006 for performance requirements.
