Respiratory protection equipment for evacuation (EEBD)

SK 1203 is a self-contained open-circuit compressed air breathing apparatus with hood for evacuation (Emergency Escape Breathing Device) and is designed for self-rescue in all environments where dangerous situations may occur due to the presence of fire smoke or lack of oxygen. SK 1203 is extremely easy to use and requires no special training; it activates automatically when the hood is removed from the bag and provides the user with continuous flow breathable air for more than 15 minutes. SK 1203 is designed to ensure the user a constant air flow to move away from the hazardous environment. At the end of the air supply, a special valve allows breathing from the environment which, at that point, must not be contaminated. SK 1203 consists of a cylinder, a valve/pressure reducer, a breathing tube, a hood and a containment bag. The 2 l cylinder at 300 bar is connected directly to the valve/reducer equipped with a charge indicator that continuously indicates the pressure inside the cylinder.
