Q-CUT 225G Semi-synthetic, 200L

Q-CUT 225G is a semi-synthetic cutting fluid suitable for ferrous metals and most non-ferrous metals. The product is designed for use in both centralised systems and individual sumps. Q-CUT 225G is a chlorine-free product designed for low to moderate duty applications. Typical operations in which it can be used include: centreless grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, surface grinding, drilling, milling, cutting and turning. The fluid forms a stable emulsion with hard or soft water, and exhibits excellent stability with hard waters (with hardness up to 600 ppm). Furthermore, it has exceptional bio-resistance, ensuring a long service life.
