Q-CUT 245G High-Performance Semi-synthetic Q-CUT 245G is a high-performance semi-synthetic cutting fluid, free of chlorine and halogenated compounds, for the machining and grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product is manufactured with next-generation raw materials to eliminate rancidity and cleanliness problems associated with most soluble oils and semi-synthetic products. Furthermore, it is designed for use with a wide variety of metals, making it ideal for workshop operations. Q-CUT 245G does not cause staining on aerospace alloys, aluminium (including alloys 3319, 356, 6061T-6, and 7075), and Muntz metals. The product also offers excellent corrosion control for ferrous metals. The fluid forms a homogeneous emulsion, which favours the rejection of residual oil, and exhibits excellent stability with hard water (with hardness up to 600 ppm). Q-CUT 245G remains clean, possesses excellent bio-resistance, and is non-foaming.
