Formulated for use on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Excellent corrosion control for ferrous metals.

The resulting “tight emulsion” helps reject tramp oil and improves stability in hard water.

The fluid prevents “rotten egg” odors that may be associated with other soluble or semi-synthetic oils.

It has low foaming tendency and good biological stability.

Appearance (emulsion): Semi-translucent, white

Density (concentrate): 7.89 lb/gal (~0.945 – 0.965 g/cm³ reported range)

pH of 5% emulsion: 8.8–9.2

Does not contain: chlorine, diethanolamine, formaldehyde-releasing biocides, mercury, nitrite, phenols, phosphates, silicones, or sulfur

Recommended Dilutions

Grinding: 3–5%

Machining / general cutting: 4–12%

Concentration Control

A refractometer is recommended for measuring concentration.

The technical data sheet includes a correlation table between concentration percentage and refractometer reading in distilled water (for dilutions between 3% and 12%).
