Premium Heavy Duty Synthetic 

XTREME COOL 351G is a heavy-dutysolution synthetic cutting and grinding fluid designed for difficult ferrous machining operations. This oil-rejecting fluid provides excellent in-process corrosion protection for parts and machine tools.

XTREME COOL 351G is a new generation of synthetic technology designed to provide optimum operator acceptance. This product overcomes objections to synthetics fluids by being extremely mild to the skin and giving off very low odor.

XTREME COOL 351G significantly reduces tacky residues traditionally associated with synthetic fluids, runs clean, has excellent bioresistance, and is low foaming. XTREME COOL 351G has state-of-the-art additive technology to improve tool life and part quality in severe machining operations such as broaching, deep hole drilling, gear hobbing, gundrilling, honing, and threading.

Recommended Dilutions

XTREME COOL 351G is to be mixed with water for use (add concentrate to water).

Grinding: 3-5%

Machining: 4-12%
