1. Purpose and scope

These Terms govern access to and use of www.lubricalia.com, as well as the purchase of products by consumers (B2C)and by businesses/professionals (B2B).


2. Service quality and availability

We strive to keep the site continuously available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We are not responsible for such unavailability, without prejudice to consumer rights in the event of a purchase.


3. Website use

The user undertakes to use the site lawfully, in good faith, and in compliance with current law. Unlawful use or the introduction of harmful software is prohibited.


4. Intellectual and industrial property

All website contents (texts, designs, images, logos, code) are the property of LUBRICALIA or third parties who have authorized their use. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.


5. Product information and prices

Prices are shown in EUR, indicating whether VAT is included. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed before order confirmation. Errors in prices or descriptions will be corrected, and the customer will be informed.


6. Orders, payment and security

Orders are confirmed upon payment. We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and, where available, Apple Pay / Google Pay or bank transfer. Payments are processed securely; LUBRICALIA does not store full card data.


7. Shipping, delivery and transfer of risk

  • B2C (consumers): risk passes upon delivery to the customer or their designated third party.

  • B2B (businesses): unless otherwise agreed, risk passes upon delivery to the first carrier.

Estimated delivery times: 48–72 h for domestic shipments, longer for international.


8. Receipt and transport damages

Please check the package upon delivery. If damaged, note it on the delivery slip and notify us at info@lubricalia.comwithin 24/48 hours, with photos.


9. Right of withdrawal (B2C only)

Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving goods.

Exceptions (art. 103 TRLGDCU): no withdrawal for customized goods, opened containers of lubricants or chemicals, or digital content once execution has begun.

Returns must be sent within 14 days to: LUBRICALIA S.L.U., Calle Ferrocarril 4, 28821 Coslada, Madrid, Spain.

Refunds within 14 days by the same payment method. Customer bears return costs unless the product is defective or wrongly supplied.


10. Returns and changes (B2B)

Returns require prior authorization (RMA) and must be sent carriage paid, unless due to error or defective goods attributable to LUBRICALIA.


11. Warranty

  • B2C: legal warranty of 3 years from delivery, or longer if provided by the manufacturer.

  • B2B: 12 months commercial warranty, unless otherwise stated.


12. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss), except where prohibited by law. Nothing here limits liability for personal injury, product defects, fraud, or gross negligence.


13. Data protection

We process data in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD. Purposes: order management, customer service, commercial communication (with consent). Rights: access, rectification, erasure, opposition, portability: info@lubricalia.com.

We use necessary cookies, and with consent, analytics and advertising cookies. Details in our Cookie Policy.

16. Law and jurisdiction

  • B2C: Spanish law, courts of the consumer’s domicile.

  • B2B: Spanish law, courts of Madrid (Spain), unless otherwise agreed.
