Description:
Anaerobic adhesive for sealing threaded metal connections. Suitable for gas, LPG, compressed air, oils, fuels, industrial fluids, CFCs, water, and other chemicals. Its low friction coefficient facilitates disassembly. Its thixotropic properties prevent product migration in the thread during curing. Capable of replacing PTFE tape and hemp. The cured product forms an elastic film. Resistant to impact and vibrations. Maintains sealing properties in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 150°C. Easy to disassemble, even years after assembly. Approved for use with natural gas and LPG.
- Europe: EN751-1 approved by DIN-DVGW nr. NG5146AR0574 from -20°C to +150°C, up to 2” diameter.
- Australia: AGA approved nr.5047 up to 5 bar and up to 2” diameter.

Curing Characteristics of Anaerobics:
Curing speed depends on substrates, gap, and temperature. Functional strength is typically achieved 1-3 hours after assembly. Complete curing is achieved in 24-36 hours. For passive surfaces and/or low temperatures, use of Loxeal 11 activator is recommended; its use may reduce final strength.
