Description:
High-performance anaerobic gasket for metal flanges. Its high thixotropy prevents product leakage during application or curing. Forms an elastic seal capable of sealing gas, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oil, and many chemicals. Provides excellent resistance to vibrations and thermal shocks in the temperature range of -55°C to +180°C. Suitable for replacing most solid gaskets. Allows for greater manufacturing tolerance, ensures metal-to-metal contact, prevents chemical and mechanical corrosion, and can be disassembled with standard tools.

Anaerobic Curing Characteristics:
Curing speed depends on substrates, gap, and temperature. Functional strength is typically achieved between 1-3 hours after assembly. Complete curing is achieved in 24-36 hours. For passive surfaces and/or low temperatures, the use of Loxeal 11 activator is recommended; its use can reduce final strength.
