Description:

Medium-strength anaerobic adhesive for fastening screws and nuts of all types that may require disassembly. Suitable for use on lightly oiled surfaces. Highly resistant to corrosion, vibration, water, gas, oils, fuels, and many chemicals. Loosening resistance tested up to +200°C. Approved by DVGW and GAZ DE FRANCE as a sealant for gas circuit connections according to the European standard EN 751-1. WRAS approved for use in contact with potable water. Compliant with the UBA (Umweltbundesamt - Federal Environment Agency) directive for use in contact with potable water. NSF certified S4 for sealing threaded connections in the food area. Maintains sealing properties in the temperature range from -55°C to +200°C, up to +250°C for brief periods.

Typical Curing Characteristics of Anaerobics:

Curing speed depends on substrates, gap, and temperature. Functional strength is typically achieved between 1-3 hours after assembly. Complete curing is achieved in 24-36 hours. For passive surfaces and/or low temperatures, the use of Loxeal 11 activator is recommended; its use may reduce final strength.
