APPLICATIONS ILOFORM PN 11 is recommended for the following applications: • Cutting and deep drawing of aluminium and non-ferrous metal alloys. • Punching of aluminium sheets. • Profiling of aluminium sheets. • Punching of galvanised steel. • Deep drawing of small-dimension aluminium tubes. PROPERTIES • ILOFORM PN 11 ensures a clean cut without burrs. • ILOFORM PN 11 eliminates the need for degreasing after cutting or drawing, allowing welding and painting without prior treatment. • ILOFORM PN 11 can be applied by drip, roller, or felt to ensure a uniform lubricant film. • ILOFORM PN 11 must be applied by spraying (airless system, or low pressure). • ILOFORM PN 11 can also be applied by immersion. • Completely odourless.
