Rhenus SU 80 A, 180 kg - Fineblanking and deep drawing oil
Brown, chlorine-free metal-forming oil with a high level of EP additives. Its adhesive film helps reduce galling, material welding and surface defects under high pressure.
Recommended applications
- Fineblanking and stamping of common fineblanking-quality steels.
- Multi-stage deep drawing and ironing of steel and stainless steel.
- Fineblanked parts up to approximately 4 mm; greater thicknesses must be validated against tooling, steel grade and required precision.

Cleaning, compatibility and safety
It can be removed with conventional mild aqueous alkaline cleaners. Before welding or coating, validate that the cleaning process leaves the component free from residues. Do not use on aluminium, copper or other non-ferrous metals without prior testing: the product may discolour them.
According to the Spanish SDS revised on 26 January 2026, the mixture does not meet the CLP criteria for classification as hazardous. Always consult and follow the attached SDS.
