PROPERTIES:

Formulated specifically to remove residues such as sludge, sand, sewer sludge, and drainage filters; very useful in the maintenance of cooling towers, condensers, and in general, all types of non-potable water circuits. Significantly reduces maintenance as the circuit remains clean at all times, avoiding unnecessary downtime. Contains corrosion inhibitors to protect against undesired oxidation. Compatible in dilution with other maintenance preparations such as additives.

APPLICATIONS:

Very useful in communities, hotels, residential areas, clinics, etc.

HOW TO USE:

Apply manually by pouring the product onto the waste area, whether it's manholes, sewers, pipes, etc., suspending the sludge which will be displaced by water pressure or rain. Dosage: For cooling towers and condensers: 1L of MRX 70 per 5000 L of water every week. For other operations that are not maintenance but cleaning, the dosage will depend on the degree of dirt and concentration. As a corrosion inhibitor, it would be used in a concentration of more than 1 L per 1000 L of water.
