PROPERTIES:

Reduces surface tension with an electrostatic exchange effect, facilitating the penetration of the cleaning solution into pores and inaccessible places, removing dirt and achieving complete separation from the surface being cleaned without scratching it or leaving any film. Completely non-flammable. Biodegradable. Does not produce irritating acid vapors, although it should be used with normal precautions for acidic products (see usage precautions). Grease, rust, soot, and general environmental pollution practically come off without scrubbing when sufficient water pressure is applied during rinsing.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Highly effective degreasing and descaling super cleaner, with acidic properties that penetrate through pores and fissures, breaking down and removing rust, soot, grease, or general dirt by chemically decomposing them from adhered surfaces. Contains no organic solvents and is formulated with a balanced blend of CATIONIC surfactants, penetrating agents, and corrosion inhibitors.

APPLICATIONS:

Ideal for removing grease, oils, soot, waxes, resins, grime, mold, rust stains, and environmental pollution from various surfaces such as plastics, painted sheet metal, metals like aluminum, iron, etc. Note: NOT SUITABLE FOR BRIGHT METAL SURFACES as it may dull the shine, chrome, mirrors, glass, vitrified tiles, glossy surfaces). Cleans boat hulls, aluminum and stainless steel surfaces, train carriages, automobiles, trucks, vans, buses, etc. Removes pollution stains and oxidation on stone, brick, mosaic, terrazzo, concrete.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Use undiluted or diluted in water (stable and soluble in a variable proportion of up to ten parts water depending on the dirt to be removed), saturating the surface well with the solution and letting it act for a few minutes. If necessary, scrub and rinse thoroughly with abundant water under pressure. Apply with a brush, sponge, or any tool that allows uniform application, avoiding spraying to prevent splashes or streaks on the surface. While scrubbing is not necessary, allowing the product to act for at least 10 minutes is important. Its cleaning action is significantly enhanced with longer exposure and using hot water during the rinsing process. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water at the end of the operation. Using a pressure washer achieves the best results, as the water pressure helps to easily remove dirt without scrubbing. A second application may be needed if the dirt is excessive or if the pressure is insufficient. If used undiluted, it is advisable to conduct a preliminary test due to the varied nature of materials and surfaces, which could be adversely affected by high concentrations of acidic products.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

For special needs when using undiluted, conduct a preliminary test (see usage recommendations). Always dilute when cleaning aluminum and stainless steel surfaces with water. Use where water can be used. IMPORTANT: QUEMDIZ products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
