Reduces surface tension, facilitating the penetration of the cleaning solution into the pores of the most inaccessible places, achieving complete separation from the surface to be cleaned without scratching or leaving any film. Does not damage surfaces or affect paint when properly diluted in water. Completely non-flammable. Not inflammable. Not emulsifiable. Biodegradable.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Concentrated ionic solvent, free from organic solvents, alkaline in nature, soluble in water in all proportions, dissolves grease and dirt, dragging it from the surface to which it is adhered.

APPLICATIONS:

Recommended for heavy-duty cleaning. Dissolves fats, oils, waxes, resins, grime, mold, and generally any type of significant dirt. Usable on any surface: metal, concrete, plastic, glass, pottery, rubber, terrazzo, skay, formica, glazed and tiled surfaces, rubber, etc. Ideal for cleaning surfaces and machinery in food industries such as meat and dairy. Equally effective for removing ink stains, pen marks, blood stains, cleaning workshop floors, walls, tables, counters, plastic and synthetic upholstery, interiors of trucks, trains, buses, and planes, cleaning printing presses, graphics, newspapers, etc.

HOW TO USE:

Mix with cold or hot water in which it is perfectly soluble and stable. It can be mixed with up to 15 parts water. Occasionally, it can be used undiluted depending on the type and age of the dirt and the surface to which it is adhered. Use by spraying, rubbing, immersion, or hosing. Its cleaning action is significantly enhanced with time, hot water, and scrubbing with a sponge or brush. Rinse with plenty of water at the end of the cleaning operation.

Do not use GRASDIZ WITH FOAM near live electrical installations or to clean electrical equipment, as it cannot be used where water is not permitted. Do not use it PURE on surfaces containing aluminum as it may damage it. Avoid spraying as it may irritate mucous membranes. Protect hands with gloves. Its use when diluted in water does not require exceptional protection conditions; however, goggles and gloves are recommended if applied by spraying or if the contact time is prolonged. In case of accidental splashes, rinse with plenty of cold water. IMPORTANT: QUEMDIZ products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
