PROPERTIES:

Cleaner for cement and tough dirt.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Equipped with high wetting power, it penetrates through pores and cracks, breaking down and detaching cement and dirt by a genuine chemical decomposition reaction, dissolving them slowly and layer by layer.

APPLICATIONS:

Cleaning of exposed brick facades. For removing thin layers of mortar and cement residue from: formwork, concrete mixer trucks, machinery, and tools. Eliminates lime deposits, rust stains, and efflorescence on granite, marble, brick, artificial stone, and cement facades.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Use pure or mixed with water in varying proportions up to four parts water depending on the dirt to be removed, thoroughly soaking the surface with the solution and allowing it to act for a few minutes. Scrub if necessary and rinse with plenty of pressurized water.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

It is recommended to perform a preliminary test before use since there are many elements in construction with highly variable materials and surfaces, which at high concentrations and due to being an acidic product, could be adversely affected. In case of subsequent appearance of efflorescence produced by the mortar, our QUEMDIZ/393 EFFLORESCENCE MASKING AGENT can be applied once the facade is cleaned. IMPORTANT: QUEMDIZ products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
