Air contaminated with oil mists or coolant liquid is conveyed into the centrifugal filter passing through the inlet port equipped with a mesh to prevent the suction of solid residues. The presence of a conical diffuser guarantees uniform distribution within the impeller of mist and vapour particles, which are centrifuged at high speed and pushed towards the filter panels.
