The new gravity filtration unit optimises the traditional design of existing filtration units for the cleaning and filtration of cutting fluids, achieving very high profitability levels in terms of filtration.
These units can be combined with so-called magnetic separators to separate ferrous particles from the coolant fluid before it reaches the filtration unit itself, thereby saving 90% on filter paper consumption.
