PROPERTIES:

Reduces surface tension, facilitating product penetration into pores and hard-to-reach places. Permeable to water vapor diffusion while non-adhesive, allowing the surface to maintain its natural characteristics and appearance. Creates a bead effect on water droplets, making them slide off the metal surface. Provides a final shine to the metal element.

APPLICATIONS:

Recommended as an additive in the final rinse water in vehicle wash tunnels to facilitate easier water displacement during the final drying process.

HOW TO USE:

Apply by spraying in the final rinse phase before drying. Normally, the dosage is set at 1%, but it is recommended to perform a preliminary adjustment test due to the variety of wash tunnels available on the market. Use the product as supplied, inserting the tubing of the tunnel's dosing system into the container and adjusting the product flow according to the tunnel manufacturer's recommendations.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

It is recommended to perform a preliminary adjustment test of the dilution. Always follow the tunnel manufacturer's instructions. It is crucial to apply only the necessary amount of product according to the material's absorption capacity to avoid wasting the product. Therefore, proper regulation of product absorption is recommended. IMPORTANT: QUEMDIZ products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
