Recommended Dilutions

When used pure, QUICKTAP threading fluid should be applied directly to the tool/workpiece interface with a nozzle bottle or other applicator. When used as an additive with pure cutting oils, QUICKTAP should be poured into a high-agitation area or pre-mixed with the cutting oil before adding to the sump.

Add approximately 1 liter of QUICKTAP threading fluid for every 10 liters of conventional cutting oil. It is recommended to check the compatibility of QUICKTAP with the cutting oil before adding it to the sump.

This product is not water-soluble and should not be mixed with water-soluble oils or synthetic coolants.
