Electronic coolant mixing and dosing

Manual preparation of metalworking coolant can introduce variation between batches and lead to concentration errors. The ARIANA electronic coolant mixer and dosing system is designed to prepare water-miscible metalworking emulsions in a controlled and repeatable way.

The unit supervises and controls the mixing of water and concentrate electronically. Its display and user-friendly menu allow operators to select the required coolant concentration, reproduce it in later batches and change it when process requirements vary.

As an automatic emulsion mixer, it helps reduce errors associated with manual preparation and supports a more consistent coolant concentration for production, maintenance and machining teams.
