The mixer is an essential component for the mixing of emulsions and polishing solutions. A needle valve allows the rapid and precise adjustment of the emulsion concentration of cooling and lubricating liquids of the Ariana special mono-mixer unit. In this way, these liquids can be mixed with the optimal concentration. The special mono-mixer unit features a water inlet and a concentrate inlet. The user can repeatedly apply the previously determined optimal mixing ratio. Naturally, it is possible to change this mixing ratio at any instant. For safety reasons, a check valve is located on the water inlet side to prevent any suction effect in the potable water system. The special mono-mixer unit is the simplest version of this series of mixers. Thanks to the tank lid screw fitting set, the mixer can be placed on the tank quickly and easily.
