PROPERTIES:
Dissolves residues of fats and oils, dust, mold, antifreeze, tar, etc., forming a milky emulsion. Leaves no sticky residues. Non-alkaline and non-caustic, hence harmless to painted surfaces; does not affect seals or rubber.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Dark brown liquid with intense coloration, capable of dissolving long and heavy hydrocarbon chains found in tars and pitches. Contains aromatic hydrocarbons.

APPLICATIONS:
Removal of tar and pitch from vehicles and heavy machinery. Cleaning and degreasing of parts and machinery. Also suitable for concrete floors with grease deposits.
HOW TO USE:
Use undiluted as supplied. Apply directly from the container onto the surface to be cleaned using spraying, brushing, or immersion. Let it act for at least 10 minutes depending on the intensity and age of the stain, then remove the main part of the stain with a cloth or rag. Follow with a second application to remove any residues, rinsing thoroughly with high-pressure water.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Hot water can be used during rinsing for improved results. IMPORTANT: QUEMDIZ products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
