Transol ® SP 100, 20L - Industrial gear oil

Transol ® SP 100 industrial gear oils are obtained from selectively refined mineral oils, contain lead-free additives that improve lubricating properties (phosphorus and sulfur type) and an additive package with anti-corrosion, anti-foam, and demulsifying resistance.

They are characterized by:

• Protecting individual transmission parts, i.e., gears, bearings, and plain bearings, against excessive mechanical wear during normal operation, as well as in the case of shock loads,

• Protecting steel and non-ferrous metal gear structural components against corrosion from the chemical effects of active oil components and their oxidation products,

• Thanks to high thermo-oxidative stability, allowing long-term operation at elevated temperatures without losing their properties.

• The anti-foam and demulsifying additives used improve the oil's lubricating properties under conditions of stable foam formation and oil-water emulsion.

APPLICATION:

Transol ® SP 100 oils are intended for the lubrication of heavily loaded mechanical gears in industrial equipment, which often transfer shock loads, for example, rolling equipment in metallurgy, construction machinery, machinery operating in cement plants, hoists, and transshipment devices in the shipbuilding industry, in machine tools, in steam and gas turbine gearboxes, in machines used in the paper industry, and in other equipment, at temperatures up to 120 °C, requiring the use of oils with higher resistance of the lubricating layer to load (the oils contain EP Extreme Pressure additives), good thermo-oxidative stability when used at higher temperatures, and good anti-corrosion (against iron and non-ferrous metals) and demulsifying properties.

Transol® SP 100 oils can be used in cases where gears are exposed to aggressive environmental influences (steam, corrosive gases), as well as changes in ambient temperature (cranes, winches, etc.)
