Transol ® SP 150, 20L - Industrial gear oil

It is characterized by:

• Protection against excessive operational wear of gear elements, i.e., gears, as well as rolling and sliding bearings during normal operation and under shock loads,

• Protection of steel and non-ferrous gear elements against corrosion and chemical impact from active oil ingredients and their oxidation products,

• Prolonged operation at elevated temperatures without compromised properties, due to high thermo-oxidative stability

• Applied anti-foam and demulsifying additives that protect against impairment of lubricating properties caused by persistent foam formation and water-oil emulsions.

APPLICATION:

Transol® SP oils are intended for lubricating highly loaded mechanical gears in industrial equipment that frequently experiences shock loads, e.g., rolling mill devices in metallurgical machines, construction machinery, cement mill machines, elevators and transport devices in the shipbuilding industry, machine tools, steam and gas turbine gears, paper industry machines, and other devices operating at temperatures up to 100°C that require oils with enhanced lubricant film strength (containing EP - extreme pressure additives), good thermo-oxidative stability at higher temperatures, and excellent demulsifying and anti-corrosive properties (for iron and non-ferrous metals). Transol® SP oils can be used when gears are exposed to aggressive environmental influences (water, steam, corrosive gases) and when subjected to variable ambient temperatures (cranes, lifting winches, etc.).
