The MQL spray system consists of the following components: a spray nozzle valve, a spray unit including high-quality Cool-Line®, an articulated hose, a compressed air connection, a suction line for the MQL coolant lubricant, as well as a powerful switching solenoid with a prism base. This also allows mounting on round surfaces or uneven locations. The solenoid circuit is operated via a rotary handle.
Optionally, the system is also available with a round magnet. The MQL spray system, as either the SIMPLE injection variant or the DUO double-spray variant, comes standard with a length of 203 mm. Other special lengths are available upon request.
