The MQL (minimum quantity lubrication) spray system consists of the following components: a spray nozzle valve, a high-quality Cool-Line® spray unit, articulated hose, compressed air connection, suction line for the MQL lubricant, and a powerful switching solenoid with a prismatic base. This design allows it to be fixed on round or irregular surfaces. The solenoid is operated via a rotary handle.
Optionally, the system is available with a round magnet. The SINGLE version (one nozzle) or DUO version (double nozzle) is supplied with a standard length of 203 mm, with other lengths available upon request.
In addition to its efficiency, MQL systems are especially suitable for working with biodegradable base oils, as these can improve lubricity, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact while maintaining high levels of performance and tool protection. In sustainable machining applications, the use of biodegradable oils in MQL can contribute to lower waste generation and facilitate lubricant handling and disposal.
