The MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) spray system consists of the following components: a spray nozzle valve, a high-quality Cool-Line® spray unit, an articulated hose, a compressed air connection, an intake line for MQL lubricant, and a powerful switching solenoid with a prismatic base. This design allows mounting on round or irregular surfaces. The solenoid is actuated via a rotary handle.
Optionally, the system is available with a round magnet. The SINGLE (single nozzle) or DUO (dual nozzle) version comes with a standard length of 203 mm, with other lengths available upon request.
In addition to their efficiency, MQL systems are especially suitable for use with biodegradable base oils, as these can improve lubricity, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact while maintaining high levels of performance and tool protection. In sustainable machining applications, the use of biodegradable oils in MQL can contribute to reduced waste generation and facilitate lubricant handling and disposal.
