Properties

PTFE Spray complies with FDA requirements for lubricants with incidental food contact, 21 CFR 178.3570, and is registered as NSF H1.

PTFE Spray contains no animal-derived ingredients or allergens listed in Annex II of Directive 2011/1169/EC on food ingredients.

PTFE Spray is formulated with a 100% synthetic base oil and specific additives that ensure high lubricating and anti-wear performance across a wide temperature range (-40 °C to +150/180 °C after evaporation). The presence of PTFE-type Teflon provides resistance to chemicals (alkalis, water, dust, etc.) and promotes long-term lubrication. After drying, PTFE Spray leaves a dry, non-stick, non-greasy film, which limits the risk of seizing in lubricated components and reduces friction.

PTFE Spray removes water from lubricated parts and protects against rust and corrosion. Applications: PTFE Spray is recommended for the food manufacturing and packaging industry.

PTFE Spray is especially recommended for lubricating sliding parts, shafts, chains, cams, columns, guides, pads, rails, conveyor belts, and other mechanisms.

PTFE Spray is particularly recommended for lubrication in humid or dusty environments (flour, cardboard dust, etc.).
