MOBIL DTE FM 46, 208L. Multi-purpose food-grade oil (H1)

The Mobil DTE™ FM Excel series are high-performance food-grade lubricants designed to provide excellent equipment protection in the demanding circulation systems, gears, and bearings of industrial paper machines.

They are formulated with selected high-quality base oils and a unique system of advanced technology additives carefully balanced to meet strict international food-grade standards while protecting system components against wear, rust, and corrosion. The Mobil DTE FM Excel series are lubricants certified by NSF H1 and also comply with Title 21 of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 178.3570 for lubricants with incidental food contact.

The Mobil DTE™ FM Excel series provides excellent anti-wear protection for bearings and gears operating under rigorous conditions, helping to minimize downtime in favor of productivity.

They feature ultra-clean performance and excellent thermal and oxidation stability, helping systems operate for extended periods free of deposits, even at high temperatures.

The Mobil DTE™ FM Excel series oils are formulated to provide maximum protection and lubrication in the presence of water. Their excellent demulsibility and filterability ensure outstanding performance and the ability to maintain effective filtration even with very fine filtration levels.

They easily separate from water and maintain their characteristics over prolonged operation periods.

These fluids allow the use of high steam pressures, high temperatures, and speeds common in high-production paper industry machines.

The Mobil DTE™ FM Excel series will not contribute to MOAH content in food when used in accordance with FDA 21CFR178.3570 limitations.
