COGELSA Ultrasol E55 is an ester-based water-miscible metalworking coolant with EP and corrosion-protection additives. It is intended for medium- and high-severity operations and the current manufacturer catalogue describes it as mineral-oil-free.

Applications

Machining and grinding steel and cast iron.
Machining aluminium, including aeronautical aluminium as documented.
Some yellow metals after compatibility testing; not suitable for galvanised material.
