CASSIDA FLUID DC 20 is a multi-purpose fluid formulated for special applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is used as an absorbent oil in solvent recovery systems for edible oils, as a release agent on hard surfaces during food processing, and as a forming oil for manufacturing two- and three-piece metal containers for food and beverages.

It is also suitable for closed-circuit, non-pressurised heat-transfer systems, with approximate bulk oil temperatures from -30°C to a maximum of +280°C. The surface temperature of the heating elements, or oil film temperature, must not exceed +320°C. It is NSF-registered for 3H, H1 and HT1 applications.
