ECOCUT BR 218 is a neat cutting oil formulated with a specially selected paraffinic mineral oil and an appropriate combination of extreme-pressure compounds. It has been developed for operations requiring very effective lubrication, thereby helping to minimise friction between the workpiece and the tool.

ECOCUT BR 218 is used for numerous general and severe machining applications, including turning, milling, drilling, threading, broaching and gear cutting. Due to the presence of sulphur additives active towards copper, its use is recommended only for iron alloys, such as cast iron and steels.
