SILKOLENE PRO 4 5W-40 XP is a lubricant for 4-stroke motorcycle engines based on XP technology. Its formulation combines esters and other synthetic base oils with a high-performance additive system developed for motorcycles. XP technology uses a high-shear-strength, low-volatility base oil together with stable esters to promote increased power, protect the engine and transmission, reduce oil consumption and improve fuel economy.

It helps combat engine wear and reduce friction on critical surfaces at high temperatures and during cold starts. Its balanced formulation supports the correct operation of wet clutches and other drivetrain components.

SILKOLENE PRO 4 5W-40 XP is suitable for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled engines and can be used in road and off-road motorcycles.
The SILKOLENE PRO 4 XP range is available in six viscosity grades to provide the correct viscosity for most motorcycle manufacturers.
SILKOLENE PRO 4 5W-40 XP is miscible and compatible with conventional branded motor oils. However, mixing with other motor oils should be avoided to obtain the full benefits of the product. A complete oil change is recommended before using SILKOLENE PRO 4 5W-40 XP.
