ANTICORIT DFO 9101 is a new-generation, barium-free corrosion inhibitor with water-repellent properties. It provides corrosion protection, water displacement and stability in acidic or alkaline media through a thin oily film. It has been formulated to comply with Directive (1999/13 EC) on solvent emissions as a Non-Volatile Organic Compound (NO VOC), with solvent vapour pressure < 10 Pa at 20 ºC.

It is used to protect metal parts, tools, machinery components, gears, engines and spare parts. Its thin wax-like film is compatible with conventional engine and gear oils, so removal before assembly is often unnecessary. It is effective for inter-process protection, storage and protection during transport, and can be combined with VCI products from the ANTICORIT VCI range to increase corrosion protection. It is especially recommended after washing and galvanizing processes.
