FUCHS BluEV EDF 7005 is a Premium-performance electric transmission fluid for directly cooled electric motors, with very high efficiency potential. Sustainability meets performance: the product is based on selected sustainable raw materials that reduce the product carbon footprint (PCF).

The fluid is specially designed to provide excellent compatibility with electronic components for direct cooling of the electric motor, together with excellent lubrication of the electric axle transmission. FUCHS BluEV EDF 7005 also provides tailored electrical characteristics, including conductivity and resistance.

Application
FUCHS BluEV EDF 7005 is suitable for use in the transmissions of TESLA Model 3 and Model Y, as well as those of all other models from 2021 onwards.
FUCHS BluEV EDF 7005 is miscible and compatible with comparable gear oils for hybrid powertrain system applications. However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to make full use of the product benefits. Accordingly, a complete oil change is recommended before starting to use FUCHS BluEV EDF 7005.
