Absorber Tube

Tramp oils promote bacterial growth, cause sedimentation in machines and workpieces, lead to the formation of oil mist, and reduce cooling power as well as oxygen absorption of the emulsion. The consequences are: high disposal costs, corrosion, bacterial proliferation, unpleasant odours, reduced cooling effect, skin problems, etc. The ARIANA absorber tube offers the solution for eliminating oil deposited on the surface of the emulsion. Through the use of special self-cleaning tubes and oil extractors, tramp oil is removed from the surface and separated in the apparatus. Neither filters nor microporous membranes are required. Operating and subsequent costs are reduced. The absorber tube features an oil separation device and guarantees the removal of foreign oil by up to 90%. Mounting: The absorber tube is fixed above the liquid container by means of a magnetic plate, preferably on the side opposite the liquid inlet. The base plate of the drive unit must be mounted approx. 300 mm above the highest liquid level. The tube is fixed to the outlet pipe and guided into a sedimentation pile.
