Leakage oils favor the growth of bacteria, produce deposits in machinery and work pieces, causing the oil mist formation and reduce the cooling power and the oxygen absorption of the emulsion. The consequences are: high disposal costs, corrosion, bacteria, odors, worse cooling effect, skin problems, etc..

The ARIANA-absorber tube offers the solution to remove oil deposited on the surface of the emulsion. By using special tubes self-cleaning, oil extractors, oil is removed from the surface leakage and follows the same in the apparatus. No need no filters or microporous membranes. This reduces operating costs and higher. The absorber tube has an oil separation device and ensures removal of foreign oil up to 90%.

The absorber tube is fixed above the container of liquid by a magnetic plate, it would be best to the opposite side of the liquid inlet. The base plate of the drive unit
be mounted approx. 300 mm above the highest liquid level. Fix the pipe in the pump discharge and guide it in a pile of deposits.

service
The absorber tube can be used in continuous service or operate on a timer. We recommend using the device during operation of the machine tool.
The tube moves through the oil film and separates from the liquid. The oil emerges and flows into the apparatus to a container outside the machine.
