PROPERTIES:

Reduces surface tension, facilitating the product's penetration into pores and the most inaccessible areas of the substrate, while being permeable to water vapor diffusion and non-adherent. This ensures that the substrate retains its natural characteristics and appearance. The surfactants it contains are BIODEGRADABLE. It is colorless, resistant to ULTRAVIOLET rays from the sun, and resistant to alkalis. It provides significant reduction in water absorption, protecting against moisture, rain, and efflorescence of soluble salts. It is flammable and non-emulsifiable.

Formulated from stable and balanced mixtures of different OLIGOMERIC ORGANOSILOXANE in organic solvents.Suitable for dry water-repellent treatment of all types of construction materials: concrete, fiber cement, terracotta, plaster, stone, granite, exposed brick, siliceous-calcareous brick, etc.

APPLICATIONS:

For treatment of facades and exterior walls made of concrete, plaster, brick, stone, and other construction materials.

METHOD OF USE:

The surface to be treated must be clean and completely dry. Use the product pure as supplied, applying it by spraying, with a roller, brush, rubbing, immersion, or hosing. It is crucial to apply only the amount of product that the material can absorb to avoid wasting it. The surface must be sufficiently soaked. The coverage will depend on the porosity of the substrate, but generally, on a standard exposed brick surface, the approximate coverage is 3-4 m²/L.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

In some cases, the facade color may become more intense after treatment. It is advisable to perform a preliminary test to observe the final result. Apply the product at temperatures between 10-25ºC, avoiding direct sunlight. It is important to apply only the amount of product that the material can absorb to avoid wasting it. The surface must be sufficiently soaked.
