By introducing oxygen and rising air bubbles, circulation is generated between the cooling lubricant emulsion and contaminants, such as secondary oils and floating particles, which are separated at the surface to counteract the risk of bacteriological contamination.
An oil absorber or a maintenance unit R-2000/R-3000 can additionally be installed to discharge contaminants. Due to the simplicity of its assembly and control, and with the aid of a timer, the KSS emulsion aerator can be implemented quickly and according to requirements.
In this way, you obtain a cooling lubricant distinguished by its high performance and long service life.
