PRESSOL PT1 is a fast evaporating fluid for easy and moderate stamping of steel sheets. It is manufactured based on light oil fractions and properly selected enriching additives.
Ensure:
• Perfect evaporation power: the average evaporation time from the surface of the sheet is approx. 40 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature and humidity),
• Very good wetting and penetration properties providing adequate surface coverage,
• Very good lubricating properties: the applied additives protect from paint damage resulting from stamping, • No paint discoloration.
Application:
PRESSOL PT1 is mainly recommended for the stamping of steel sheets for lacquered ceilings. The surface of the processed sheet does not require degreasing or application of other cleaning processes.
PRESSOL PT1 can also be used in other branches of industry to stamp thin sheets and steel articles lacquered or coated with zinc in all these applications where a very high cleaning of the processed surface is necessary.
PRESSOL PT1 can be spread over the surface of the sheet with a brush, roller or spray.
