COMPOSITION

• For basic steel welding screen
• Carbon steel tubes, galvanized.
• Does not contain toxic parts.
• Does not contain flammable parts.
• Does not contain electrical parts

USE AND HANDLING

The surface and the galvanized curtain will be damaged by open fire or intense heat. There is a possibility that the screen may not be stable due to uneven or rough ground conditions.

Oil or grease contamination has no negative effects on the condition of the screens.

MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY

• The bolts must be periodically checked in the free assembly.
• The beams are only applicable for curtain use, not for heavy products that overload the tubes.
• Not recommended for lifting operations.

 FEATURES

Made of solid welded carbon steel tubes and profiles. The screen can be moved freely in any direction, the wheels can rotate 360º. To apply the brake option on two wheels, the screen can be fixed in one position. The posts can be provided with a hinge part at the top on both sides to apply a swivel arm, to extend the separation on one or both sides. The screen will be supplied in loose parts and must be fixed with the included metric fasteners using basic tools.

DESIGN

The distance between the ground level and the top beam is 200 cm, total width of 213 cm. For a stable construction, both foot profiles have a length of 60 cm.
