ECOCOOL S-CO 5 BF is a water-miscible cutting fluid, free from boron, amines and mineral oil, which forms a clear solution when mixed with water. It is also free from nitrite, chlorine and zinc.
It has been specifically developed for machining carbide and preventing cobalt leaching. The fluid provides good corrosion protection, produces little foam, leaves no sticky residues and offers good wetting and washing properties. It is especially developed to combat cobalt solubility when grinding carbides.
