ECOCUT MS 520 is a straight cutting oil formulated with a paraffinic mineral oil fraction, polar additives and a suitable combination of inactive extreme-pressure compounds. It is specially developed for operations requiring high lubrication in order to minimise the coefficient of friction between the workpiece and the tool.

It is used for machining operations such as broaching, deep-hole drilling and threading, as well as for machining stainless steels and highly alloyed, high-hardness steels. Thanks to its special additive package, it can also be used satisfactorily for machining non-ferrous metals.
