ECOCUT MS 819 is a neat cutting oil formulated with a paraffinic mineral oil fraction, polar additives and a suitable combination of inactive extreme-pressure compounds. It has been developed for operations requiring high lubrication in order to minimise the coefficient of friction between the workpiece and the tool.

It is used for machining operations requiring substantial lubrication in the cutting zone, either because of the operation, such as broaching, deep-hole drilling or tapping, or because of the material being machined, such as highly hard stainless or strongly alloyed steels. Thanks to its special additive package, it can also be used satisfactorily for machining non-ferrous metals.
